2. Certification Test – Review the Regulations

Key Points

  • Entry Time: You can enter the online test room from 1 hour before until 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.If you do not enter within this time, you will not be able to complete the connection and identity verification, and therefore cannot take the test.Please make sure to enter within the designated entry time.

  • Test Environment: You may only solve problems within the Programmers test environment.Web browsing, messengers, and any other programs are strictly prohibited.

  • KeyboardFor desktop computers, only one external keyboard (USB wired or wireless) may be connected and used.Bluetooth keyboards are not allowed.

    For laptops, only the built-in keyboard may be used.External Bluetooth/USB/wired/wireless keyboards are prohibited.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are handled according to the following rules:

    • Cancellation during registration period: Full refund

    • Cancellation after registration period:

      1. From the registration deadline until 1 day before the test → 50% refund

      2. Full refund is available only for specific reasons defined in Article 5 of the regulations.In this case, you must apply via 1:1 chat support on the Certification Test website and provide supporting documents.

    • Coupon Registration: If you used a coupon to register, you may request cancellation via 1:1 chat support.The coupon will be restored.※ Cancellations are not allowed on the day before the test.

Where is the test center for the Programmers Certification Test? (Overseas test takers)

The certification test is conducted online, so you can take it from any location with internet access.

Please note the following:

  • The test is held in Korean Standard Time (KST).

  • Take the test in a private space with no other people present.

  • Ensure a stable network environment that meets the minimum requirements.

  • Check your setup in advance through the demo test.
