My phone is connected, but the screen is black.

Even if the mobile camera was connected successfully, a black screen may appear if your phone’s auto-lock is enabled.

Turn off auto-lock on your phone, then refresh the test page on your computer.

What should I do if I get a call during the test?

Please ignore any incoming calls. A call may disconnect your mobile camera. If that happens, follow the proctor’s instructions carefully.

If your video connection keeps dropping due to calls or messages, it may be considered an abnormality. We recommend turning on Do Not Disturb mode before starting.

If Wi-Fi is available, you can also enable Airplane mode and reconnect via Wi-Fi to prevent call notifications.
