Test Taker Guide

Each test may have different access methods, devices, and question types. Before starting, carefully review the rules and policies for your specific test.You only need to follow the instructions that apply to your test.

  • Monito+ is a monitoring program that detects:

    • Use of restricted programs during the test

    • Multiple monitors

    • Duplicate test page access

  • If any restricted programs are detected, you can click the Close All button to automatically shut them down at once.

  1. Click Download Monito+ Program.

    • Available for Windows and macOS only.

  2. Once the download is complete, run the Monito+ program.

  3. When activated, the program will display the message “Proctoring in progress.”

  4. Keep the program running throughout the test.

    • If restricted programs, multiple monitors, or duplicate test page access are detected, your test will be blocked.

    • Once the issue is resolved, you may continue the test.

💡 For macOS users: Drag the app directly into the Applications folder after downloading.

  • After clicking the Download button, go to the download icon at the top right of your browser (next to the address bar) and run the downloaded program.

  • Alternatively, open your Downloads folder and run the Monito+ program from there.


  • Go to Settings → Apps → Apps & Features, search for Monito+, and uninstall it, or

  • Go to Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features, search for Monito+, and uninstall it.

  • Open Finder → Macintosh HD → Applications folder.

  • Locate Monito+ in the Applications folder and move it to the Trash to uninstall.

Which programs should I close or uninstall?

End or uninstall all programs not related to the test.Pay special attention to apps that use the camera, such as Zoom or AquaNPlayer.

Examples:

  • Security programs: Alyac, V3, banking security software

  • Security modules: TouchEn, Veraport, Wizvera Process Manager, iniLINE CrossEX Service, AnySign4PC

  • Video/camera programs: Zoom, AquaNPlayer

  • Ad blockers: AdGuard, AdBlock, Unicorn

  • Browser-blocking tools: iZicimi, etc.

How to disable hardware acceleration in Chrome
  • Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome and go to Settings.

  • In the System section, turn off Use hardware acceleration when available.

  • Click Relaunch to restart your browser.
