If there are no specific rules about sound settings, you can still take the test even if you cannot hear any sound.All announcements will appear as pop-ups and can also be reviewed in the top-right menu.Please make sure to carefully read these announcements, as we cannot provide support for issues caused by missing them.
If no sound is coming from your speakers, first confirm that they are properly connected.Then review the settings below:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner > Settings > Privacy and security > Content > Sound and check the permission settings.

Go to Chrome Settings from the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
Site settings > Scroll down to About Chrome. (chrome://settings/help)
If your browser is not up to date, update Chrome and restart it.
Click the three dots at the top-right corner → Settings → Reset settings → Restore settings to their original defaults.

Click the three dots (or the lock icon) → Settings → Privacy and securityDelete browsing history and cookies.

Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar → Open Volume Mixer and check Chrome’s volume.(If Chrome does not appear, continue with the steps below.)
Go to Settings > System > Sound > Advanced sound options > App volume and device preferences → Reset to Microsoft recommended defaults.(Alternatively: Settings > System > Sound > Volume Mixer > Reset all sound devices and volumes to default.)
