After entering the test room, click Share Screen on the pop-up window.
Select the screen you want to share (1), then click Share (2).
If the test uses Monito+, you will see an additional notice like the one below.
The Share button will only be enabled if you select the entire screen.
Make sure you clicked Your Entire Screen (①).Click ① first, then ②.
If you have any security programs running (e.g., AdBlock, V3, Alyac), please close them.
In some cases, company security policies may block video streaming when using an internal network. If possible, try switching to another network (e.g., mobile hotspot).
Go to Chrome Settings from the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
Site settings → Scroll down to About Chrome. (chrome://settings/help)
If your browser is not up to date, update Chrome and restart it.
Go to Chrome Settings from the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
System → Turn off Use hardware acceleration when available if possible.
Click Relaunch to restart Chrome.
Click the message icon at the bottom right of your screen → Focus Assist → Select Off.

Apple menu → System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen and System Audio Recording (or Screen Recording).
Find Chrome and toggle the switch to allow screen recording.
You can also add Chrome by clicking the + button.
If already set, reset as follows:
① Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Turn off Screen and System Audio Recording → Save
② Re-enable Screen and System Audio Recording
③ Close and restart Chrome
