1.Prepare your ID and select the type you will submit.

2. Take a photo of your ID

Follow the on-screen instructions to capture your ID.

3. Submit your ID

If needed, you can resubmit your ID.
Once your submission is successful, you can proceed to the next step.

4. ID verification

During submission, a verification process may be required to confirm your identity.
Follow the instructions to take a photo of your face.
If face matching fails, you can request manual verification.

If the environment capture or front camera connection step is still pending, please continue in the app.
Once your submission is successfully completed, the Next button will be activated.If this is the final connection step, you will be taken to the setup completion stage.
A proctor may verify your setup depending on regulations.
At the scheduled time, the Start button will be activated.

💡FAQ

What is “Other ID cards”?

If you’re submitting an ID other than a resident registration card, driver’s license, Korean passport, or alien registration card, select Other ID and upload it accordingly.

Please cover sensitive information such as the last digits of your registration number with a sticky note before submitting.
