If your test suddenly stops or a message appears indicating that a virtual machine (VM) environment has been detected, some hidden or background programs may still be running.Check your system and close any programs listed below, then restart the test.
If any of the programs below (including those detected by Monito+) are running, please close or uninstall them before proceeding.
Make sure to close or remove all VM-related programs listed below.
VM drivers may also cause detection issues. Please uninstall the drivers and restart your computer.

Check for programs running in the background or hidden processes.
Uninstall from the Start menu
Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown.
Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.
Uninstall in Settings
Select Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps .
Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall.
From Task Manager
Open Task Manager
Right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager, or
Press Shift + Ctrl + Esc
Check for running programs and end any related tasks.

Remove from Finder
Go to Finder > Applications to view installed apps.
Drag the app to the Trash,
or select it and choose File > Move to Trash,
or press Command + Delete.

Quit and Remove from Activity Monitor
Open Activity Monitor under Applications > Utilities.
Select the app you want to stop, then click the Stop (🅇) button in the top-left corner of the window.

After restarting your computer, try accessing the test page again.
If the issue persists, disable hardware acceleration and try once more.Go to the Settings menu (top right) → Turn off Hardware Acceleration.
