Check the minimum requirements.You can only connect with a phone that meets or exceeds the minimum specifications.
Delete and reinstall the Monito app.
Restart your phone.
Close all running apps on your phone.
Refresh the test page on your PC.
If your phone camera lens is dirty, damaged, or unable to focus, the connection may fail.
If your phone storage is low, the app may not run properly.Delete unnecessary apps or files to free up space.
When you first launch the app, you will normally be prompted to allow permissions.If you did not see the permission request screen, or if you are having trouble connecting, please check your settings as below.
Go to Settings > Applications > Monito App > Permissions
Allow both Camera and Microphone permissions.
After granting permissions, return to the Monito app and try connecting again.
