When You Cannot Access the Test Page (Unexpected Browser Closure)

This may be caused by programs using your camera, security software, or security settings.Please check the following and close/uninstall programs or adjust your settings as needed.


  • End or uninstall all programs not related to the test.

  • Pay special attention to apps that use the camera, such as Zoom or AquaNPlayer.

Examples:

  • Security programs: Alyac, V3, banking security software

  • Security modules: TouchEn, Veraport, Wizvera Process Manager, iniLINE CrossEX Service, AnySign4PC

  • Video/camera programs: Zoom, AquaNPlayer

  • Ad-blockers: AdGuard, AdBlock, Unicorn

  • Browser-blocking tools: iZicimi, etc.

  • Turn off all Chrome extensions.

  • Extensions like parental control or site-blocking tools (e.g., iProtect) may block the test page.

  • Go to Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security.

    1. Virus & Threat Protection → Manage settings → Turn all items off.

    2. Firewall & Network Protection → Firewall notification settings → Turn all items off.

  • Some laptops have built-in security modes that can block browsers or video devices.

  • Check your laptop’s security settings and refer to the manufacturer’s or OS instructions for how to disable them.

Which programs should I close or uninstall?

I want to disable my ad blocker (when question images don’t appear)

If ad blockers like AdGuard, AdBlock, or Unicorn are running, you may not be able to access the test page or see question images. Please disable or remove them.

Chrome

  • Settings → More Tools → Extensions (or enter chrome://extensions/).

  • Turn off or remove ad-blocking extensions.

Windows

  • Check the taskbar and close any ad blockers.

  • To uninstall, go to Control Panel → Add or Remove Programs, find Adguard.exe or similar, and remove it.

macOS

  • Close any active ad blocker or antivirus apps.
