Certification Test at a Glance

The basics are outlined below. For more details, please refer to the individual documents in the left-hand menu.

1. Sign Up, Register, and Review the Rules

Create a Programmers account and register for the test.Make sure to carefully review the test rules to avoid any disadvantages.

2. Required Items and Demo Test

Check the required items and run a demo test.The demo test is available from 7 days before until 1 day before the test, so you can get familiar with the environment.

  • Required items

    • Valid photo ID(View Details)

    • PC

    • Built-in or external webcam with microphone

    • Mobile phone (can be a spare or under another person’s name)

If your environment does not meet the minimum requirements, the test may not run smoothly and we may not be able to provide support. Please use a setup that meets or exceeds the minimum specifications.

3. Taking the Test

Follow the same steps as the demo test to access the test and connect your webcam.

4. Checking Your Results

Once the test ends, automatic grading begins immediately.After grading is complete, you can check your score right away under Score Check & Report/Certificate.

💡FAQ

When Can I Check My Programmers Certification Test Score?

You can check your score as soon as the Coding Competency Certification Test finishes its automatic grading right after completion. Go to Test Registration > Score Check & Score Report/Certificate Issuance to view your result.

Scores past their validity period are permanently deleted in accordance with Article 10 (Certificate Validity) of the General Test Administration Policy.

After deletion, you cannot view the score, download the score report, or provide it to others.

What types of IDs are accepted for the Programmers Certification Test?

The following IDs are not accepted: student ID (university or graduate school), employee ID, professional certificates, photo credit cards, international driver’s licenses, or expired IDs.
